Exercise
When I am exercising every day, I love the way it makes me feel. I have energy and happiness and feel great about myself, but when I am not - I think its the worst thing in the world!! I took a head to toe class today and can feel it in every muscle in my body. And I still want to go to yoga tonight..... weird. Anyway, I am reading this book called the rules of normal eating. Its pretty interesting. I am started to unlearn some of my past behaviors that affect the way I eat. This is huge... I am a complete emotional eater and push my emotions aside a lot, so its great to learn how eat like normal folk ;-) Well off to yoga ;-)
